COMMISSION TO HEAR UPDATES FROM NEW CHARTER SCHOOLS

BOISE -- The Idaho Public Charter School Commission will meet Thursday, August 3 at 9 a.m. via teleconference. The Commission will hear updates from the three new charter schools it authorized in 2005, which will open this fall.

The Commission will also receive progress reports from two existing charter schools, Falcon Ridge Public Charter School and Rolling Hills Public Charter School. Rolling Hills is currently engaged in the construction of its permanent facility inside Boise School District boundaries.
